FAQS

ACCESSIBILITY

WHEELCHAIR USERS/ MOBILITY ISSUES:

The main reception entrance has a single step to get in and out of the building.

Due to our games being across multiple levels (with stairs) and some of our doors being below standard width we, unfortunately, are ununable to accomodate wheelchairs.

All our escape rooms contain puzzles that require you to reach up high, down low or use fine motor skills. Our staff are more than happy to assist where required. If you think you may require some assistance, please let us know before booking so we can assure we have everything you need.

All of our games can have seating provided for those that require it. Please make us aware of this before booking.

DEAF/HOH:

Our rules and safety briefing can be emailed to you prior to arrival, or a printed copy is available at the venue. Some of our games have sounds to notify you of ceratin events within the game, please email/call to discuss this before booking.

LIGHT SENSITIVITY:

The Peril of Sherwin Hones has a few moments of flashing light. Some of our games contain moments of low level light. Please call/email to discuss this before booking.

COLOUR BLINDNESS:

The following rooms have colour-based puzzles:

The Curse of Curawoods Garden - 1 puzzle. Can be modified with plenty of prior notice.

Feline Fiasco - 2 Puzzles. Can be modified with plenty of prior notice.

Please call/email to discuss this before booking.
